Flipbook is a free, open-hearted project. These terms are short and written to be readable, not lawyerly.

1. It's free

Flipbook is free to use, for personal or professional work, forever. There are no paid tiers, no premium features, no subscriptions.

2. Use it as-is

Flipbook is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It's a hobby project, not enterprise software. If something breaks, the author will try to fix it, but no promises are made.

3. You own your content

Everything you write, draw, or pin in Flipbook is yours. The author claims no rights over your content whatsoever.

4. Keep backups

Because Flipbook stores your data locally (see the privacy note), it can be lost if you clear your browser data or uninstall the app. Export your library regularly. The author is not responsible for lost data.

5. Don't use it for illegal stuff

Don't use Flipbook to store or share content that's illegal where you live. That's the only real rule.

6. Donations are voluntary

If you send a tip via Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, or another service, it's voluntary and non-refundable. You receive nothing in return except gratitude.

7. Changes

These terms may change in the future. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of Flipbook means you accept the current version.
